Candidate Selection Process
Our candidate selection process goes through our proven three phases.
Initial Phase: Consultant Resource Request – Reliant’s detailed process ensures that the candidates we deliver make a positive impact on your business. The process is as follows:
- Account Manager gets Resource Request from the Client which outlines position details like location, skill set, technical requirements and team environment.
- Account Manager briefs the recruiting team on Resource Request.
- Recruiters begin candidate selection process.
Secondary Phase: Resume Received / Candidate Screening
- Reliant’s recruiters are assigned for each Resource Request.
- Candidates are interviewed, screened and selected by recruiters.
- Account manager performs secondary screening of selected candidates there by ensuring the candidate is perfect for the requirement.
Final Phase: Client Review & Selection / Assignment begins
- Account Manager presents the pre-screened candidates for the client to interview.
- Account Manager gets feedback from the client about the interview, Account Manager then conveys the same to the Recruiter.
- Recruiter extends offer to candidate.
- Consultant/full time employee starts the project.
- Account Manager and Recruiter service ongoing contract.
